How to order
Before placing an order, you must carefully read the information at the bottom of the site regarding Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Delivery and Return Policy.
Step 1: Select the desired product and click on the image or the name of the product:
Step 2: Select the quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Step 3: When the shopping cart exceeds 50 lei you will be able to proceed to the completion of the order. Click on the shopping cart and you will see an image like the one below:
Step 4: Click on "Checkout" and you will get to the following screen:
Step 5: If you are an returning customer you know what to do; log in with your e-mail address and password and continue the process of completing the order. If you are a new customer you have the choice between "Register Account" or "Guest Checkout". Then click on the "Continue" button.
Step 6: 1. If a new account is registered, after completing all the mandatory data (which have the red star), the "Privacy Policy" box must be checked, and then click on the "Continue" button.
2. If you place an order without an account, after completing all the required data (which have the red star) click on the "Continue" button.
Step 7: The delivery method must be selected. For orders between 50 and 150 lei the transport is 19 lei, and for orders over 150 lei the transport is free. After selecting, click on the "Continue" button.
Step 8: The payment method is reached. There is only one option, payment with cash on delivery. Check the box "Terms and conditions" and click on the "Continue" button.
Step 9: The order confirmation is reached. Here you can see all the ordered products, their value (Subtotal), the transport value (15 lei or free) and the total order value (Total). Click on the "Confirm order" button. At that moment the order will reach us, and you will receive a confirmation email.
In the shortest time we will make the delivery and you will receive an email with the courier's name and no. awb of the parcel.
