Delivery

The delivery is made only on the Romanian territory, through the fast courier companies within 1 … 3 working days after receiving the order.

The minimum order is 50 lei.
For orders between 50 lei and 150 lei the transport cost is 19 lei.
The transport is free of charge for orders bigger than 150 lei.

Our products are shipped in antishock envelopes and packed with care to protect them during transport. We are not responsible for the courier's loss of parcels, damage to returned products, or sent for exchange. During holiday or in special conditions (bad weather, blocked traffic, etc.), the delivery time can increase over 3 working days. Our site can not be held liable for possible delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities or other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering on time, which is why we will pay damages for the damages caused by the timely non-delivery of the products.

Payment is made when picking up the package from the courier.

Please check your contact details before completing the order. Invalid delivery address or phone number entered in the order may delay delivery of the products.

ATTENTION! In the event that there are problems during the execution of the order, in an unqualified or canceled order, we reserve the right to stop the delivery of the following orders. In order to be able to order in the future, payment will be made in advance.
