SC
NOVATEC SRL is the owner of the site https://www.cerceiclips.ro and has
its registered office in Piatra Neamt.
User
/ Client / Purchaser may be any natural person over the age of 16 or a
legal person who has access to the content of the site through any means
of communication made available by CERCEICLIPS (ordering on the site,
e-mail or telephone) and that requires the creation and use of an account.
Account
- the section of the site consisting of an email address and a password
that allows the user to create and complete an order and to present
information about the history of his actions on the site.
Order
- an electronic document that is sent through the site, email or phone,
between the seller and the buyer, through which the buyer sends the
seller, his intention to purchase goods and services from the site.
Product
- any good or service listed on the site to be provided by the seller
to the buyer as a result of the distance contract between the parties.
The
distance contract is concluded under OG 130/2002 and Law 51/2003,
between the seller and the buyer, without their simultaneous physical
presence.
Product Information
Prices are in RON and may change without notice. The shipping cost is not included in the price and is added when the order is completed. The
images posted on the site are in line with reality, but sometimes the
colors of the product colors may differ slightly as a result of the
process of photographing or setting your monitor. https://www.cerceiclips.ro customers will always be informed on the site if a product is in stock or not.
Intellectual property rights
The
content of this online store - photos, texts, web graphics, emails,
scripts, programs and any other data on the site - is the property of SC
NOVATEC SRL or its affiliates and is protected by copyright law. other than personal purposes, may be done only with the express, prior written consent of the owner. Thus,
copying, retrieving, reproducing, publishing, transmitting, selling,
partially distributing, integrating or altering the content of this site
or any part thereof for any purpose other than personal use is
forbidden. It is also prohibited to affect in any way the security of the site. The use of any of the items listed above without the agreement of SC NOVATEC SRL is punishable under the laws in force. How do we order?
Customer
CERCEICLIPS.ro can purchase any product on the site via an online order
via e-mail at office@cerceiclips.ro or by phone at 0757221926. SC
NOVATEC SRL guarantees the user limited access for personal interest for
information and / or making online orders on CERCEICLIPS.ro. In
order to make an online order, it is necessary to create a personal
account that involves the following personal data: name and surname,
full delivery address, mobile phone number, email address and password.
You
assume full responsibility for all activities made through the account
you open on the site and, as a consequence, we advise you to secure the
password of the account or other access data. If
the security of your account is compromised, you must immediately
notify the administrator of CERCEICLIPS.ro, which is not responsible for
damages caused to you or caused to third parties by any unauthorized
use of your account.
After
creating your account, the user will open a shopping cart, where he can
add or delete any product on the site if it is in stock. Before you finish the order, click the "I agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox.
The minimum order is 50 lei.
Delivery
The delivery (see Delivery Information) is made only on the territory of Romania, through the fast courier companies, within 1 … 3 working days after receiving the order.
During holiday or in special conditions (bad weather, blocked traffic, etc.), the delivery time can increase over 3 working days.
Delivery is free for orders over 150 RON.
For orders below 150 RON, the cost of the transport is supported by the customer.
Payment is made when the parcel is removed from the courier.
Consumer's right to terminate the contract unilaterally
We want you to be fully satisfied when you buy our products and for this please read carefully all the product specifications! Regarding
the problems that may appear with the products delivered by our store,
feel free to contact us by e-mail at office@cerceiclips.ro or at no. 0757221926 to identify the best way to solve them.
If
the product you ordered does not attract your attention, you can
unilaterally denounce the contract without penalty and without asking
for a specific reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products
and shipping costs of the product returned by courier to our headquarters is the responsibility of the consumer, in accordance with OUG 34 din 2014. We
ask the customer to notify the seller through the return form or by e-mail at
office@cerceiclips.ro that he wants to return the product and carefully
pack the item he wishes to return so that it is well protected during
transport. Otherwise, the seller will be relieved of any liability for any damages. To make a return, the product must be in original condition and no traces of use or damage.
No return will be accepted unless we have been notified in advance!
If
the return is made according to the conditions listed above, the seller
will return the value of the product in 2 ... 3 days from the date of
receipt of the return.
Reimbursement of money can be made directly to the buyer's account, in which case you must notify us the account number and the exact name of the holder or by courier, in which case the buyer will pay the transport costs.

Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body, agreed by
both parties. By
agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, the Customer
fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the site under
these conditions.
The
maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC NOVATEC SRL to any
customer is the value of the amount received by the seller from this
customer.
Final provisions
Use of this site implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions. For your correct and complete information, please read these pages carefully. We reserve the right to amend these provisions without prior notice.
The
CERCEICLIPS Administrator may modify the structure and interface of any
site or sub-page of the Site at any time and at any time of any free
time, with the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, partially or
