We want you to be fully satisfied when you buy our products and for this please read carefully all the product specifications!

Regarding the problems that may appear with the products delivered by our store, feel free to contact us by e-mail at office@cerceiclips.ro or at no. 0757221926 to identify the best way to solve them.

If the product you ordered does not attract your attention, you can unilaterally denounce the contract without penalty and without asking for a specific reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products and shipping costs of the product returned by courier to our headquarters is the responsibility of the consumer, in accordance with OUG 34 din 2014.

We ask the customer to notify the seller through the return form or by e-mail at office@cerceiclips.ro that he wants to return the product and carefully pack the item he wishes to return so that it is well protected during transport. Otherwise, the seller will be relieved of any liability for any damages. To make a return, the product must be in original condition and no traces of use or damage.

No return will be accepted unless we have been notified in advance!

If the return is made according to the conditions listed above, the seller will return the value of the product in 2 ... 3 days from the date of receipt of the return.

Reimbursement of money can be made directly to the buyer's account, in which case you must notify us the account number and the exact name of the holder or by courier, in which case the buyer will pay the transport costs.

We recommend that you return the products using the same shipping service that shipped the products to you.

Repeated returns of the same person may be construed as abusive and reserve the right to refuse to respect other orders.

Customers with legal personality do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract; the legislation in question refers only to individual persons.
